Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.4 · Effective 20 October 2026

These rules apply to authorized Kraymus use, including AI, uploads, marketing, automations and connected accounts. Read them with the Terms and Conditions.

Protect accounts, systems and people

Marketing, AI and automation

Use a lawful basis and obtain required consent before collecting leads or sending marketing. Honor opt-outs and platform messaging windows, identify the sender, include required postal details and keep claims accurate. Do not use bought lists or unsolicited campaigns in breach of law or provider rules. A social account connection, comment, download or course enrollment does not grant blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

Check AI output before use. Do not rely on Kraymus to make unreviewed decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person, or to replace regulated professional advice. Disclose automated interactions and synthetic media where applicable law or platform rules require it. Grant agents only the authority needed for the task, and review active schedules and rules.

Uploads and restricted information

Upload only supported formats you are authorized to use. Do not disguise PHP, HTML, SVG scripts, archives or executable material as images or videos. Limits and verification may reject a file that your device can open; this is not a guarantee that every accepted file is harmless. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, secret keys or unlawful material. For courses and reference content, respect music, image, creator and student rights.

Reporting and enforcement

Report a suspected vulnerability to security@kraymus.ai, or other misuse to legal@kraymus.ai, with a description and affected location. Do not send live secrets, exploit other users, publish private data or run disruptive tests. We may restrict a file, connection, automation or account while investigating, and take action required by law or platform rules. This reporting invitation is not permission to access systems without authorization or a promise of a bounty.

For intellectual-property complaints, follow the information requested in Terms and Conditions. Report harmful or unlawful content with its specific location. We may remove or restrict material and suspend accounts for repeated infringement in appropriate circumstances; enforcement must respect applicable law and mandatory user rights.
